Personnel changes in the board of EASY-CERT group AG:

The Chairman of the Board of Directors, Peter Jossen, has handed over the leadership to Michael Stelzl. In addition, Susanne Küffer-Heer, Marc Schärrer and Robert Holzer have left the Board of Directors. Georg Gerharter, Elvira Bieri, Felix Müller and Knut Schmidtke are new members of the Board. Christina Ritter, Hans Matzenberger and Ueli Steiner remained members of the Board of Directors. 

As part of a celebration of appreciation, Peter Jossen was recognized for his commitment - particularly in setting up EASY-CERT - and departing members said goodbye. The new President, Michael Stelzl, and members of the Board of Directors were warmly welcomed.
